# Условия использования

## 1. Service Scope

FastTrack BKK ("we", "us", "our") provides a booking platform that connects travellers with licensed fast-track immigration service operators at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK), Bangkok, Thailand.

We act as an intermediary facilitating the booking and payment process. The on-the-ground service is delivered by our vetted local partner operators who hold the required airport access permits.

## 2. Booking & Payment

You can pay by **bank transfer** in EUR, USD, GBP, or TRY at the list THB price shown at checkout, or by **supported cryptocurrency** (BTC, ETH, USDT, or USDC on supported networks). Cryptocurrency checkout includes 5% off the list THB total. **Credit card** payment is available on request — contact us before or during checkout if you need card processing.

By confirming a booking, you agree to follow the payment instructions shown at checkout — including the correct bank reference for transfers, the exact token amount and network for crypto, or the card-payment instructions we provide — within the specified time window.

Bookings are confirmed after we verify payment: bank transfers when cleared funds match your invoice reference, cryptocurrency after the required number of blockchain confirmations, or card payments when successfully captured. An electronic voucher will be issued to the email address you provide.

## 3. Service Eligibility & Nationality

For consumer bookings on arrival or combo services, we do not ask you to select passport nationality. Instead, we may infer a likely immigration category from technical signals available when you book — including your browser language/locale, device timezone, and approximate country derived from your IP address (for example via our CDN or hosting provider). These signals are indicative only; they are not proof of your actual passport or visa status.

If those signals suggest you may hold a passport category that typically uses Visa on Arrival (VOA) or similar paths at Bangkok airports (rather than classic visa-exempt fast-track lanes), we will show a **service eligibility notice** before you complete the booking. Some passport categories may not be eligible for classic arrival fast track as described on our marketing pages.

If you accept that notice and proceed, you agree that the booking is **non-refundable** (even if cancelled more than 24 hours before the flight) and that service delivery is not guaranteed as originally described. You may still complete the booking after accepting; we do not hard-block checkout.

Agency and partner bookings may require explicit traveller nationality declared by the booking agent. You remain responsible for ensuring your travellers meet Thai immigration requirements.

## 4. Liability Disclaimer

FastTrack BKK is not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by the airline, airport authority, immigration officials, or force majeure events. While our partner operators make every effort to ensure a smooth experience, immigration processing times may vary based on factors beyond our control.

We are not responsible for payments sent to incorrect bank accounts or with incorrect references, for funds sent to incorrect wallet addresses, on unsupported networks, or in amounts that do not match the invoice.

## 5. Partner Operator Notice

The fast-track service at the airport is provided by independent third-party operators. FastTrack BKK verifies operator credentials but does not directly employ the personnel who assist you at the airport.

## 6. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to affected customers. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
