What is the difference between arrival, departure, and combo?

Arrival is assistance after you land, through immigration. Departure is assistance before you fly, from the terminal entrance or check-in. Combo is both legs in one booking and one payment.

What documents do you need?

A clear photo of each traveller's passport bio page, their ticket or boarding pass, and a face photo. Upload at least 24 hours before the flight so we can match names and prepare the greeter.

PayPal, debit/credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay), Alipay, or EU bank apps (iDEAL, Bancontact, BLIK) in EUR. Card and Alipay show a fee at checkout; EU bank is list price. Bank transfer in EUR, USD, GBP, or TRY at the list THB price, or BTC, ETH, USDT, or USDC on supported networks with 5% off the list THB total.

When do I get the voucher?

After payment is confirmed. Save the PDF on your phone. The greeter needs the voucher and your passport at the meeting point.

Do you submit TDAC or Visa on Arrival?

No. TDAC is free and you file it on tdac.immigration.go.th, usually within 72 hours of arrival. VOA is a separate desk and fee. Your greeter helps after those immigration steps that apply to you.

Where do I meet the greeter?

Only at the pin on your voucher. There is no single public FastTrack desk for every flight. Arrival meets are near immigration after you disembark. Departure meets are near the entrance or check-in you selected.

What if my flight is delayed?

We watch the flight when we can and shift the meet window. Message support with your confirmation code as soon as you know the new time.

Standard bookings cancelled more than 48 hours before scheduled flight departure can be refunded for the service portion. Disclosed card, Alipay, and PayPal processing fees are not refunded on customer cancellations. Some arrival or combo bookings for VOA-only passports are non-refundable once accepted. See the refunds page for the full rule.

After payment you get a PDF with the meeting pin, time window, confirmation code, and QR. Keep it on your phone with your passport. That is what your greeter checks.
6
Meet at the pin on travel day
Follow the voucher, not a public desk. Show the PDF and passport. Your assistant walks you through the priority lane where the airport allows, then stays until you are on your way.

If you booked arrival

Submit TDAC yourself on the official Immigration site before you land. Fast track does not file TDAC or Visa on Arrival for you. On BKK arrival, add porter at checkout if you want baggage help. Your greeter meets you after you leave the aircraft, near immigration, as written on the voucher.

If you booked departure

Meet near the terminal entrance or check-in area named on the voucher. Arrive in the agreed window with passport and boarding pass ready. Lounge is an optional add-on on departure, not part of the base meet-and-assist.
