We act as an intermediary facilitating the booking and payment process. The on-the-ground service is delivered by our vetted local partner operators who hold the required airport access permits.
All payments are processed on-chain via supported cryptocurrency networks. By confirming a booking, you agree to send the exact amount displayed in the chosen cryptocurrency within the specified time window.
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the required number of blockchain confirmations. An electronic voucher will be issued to the email address you provide.
FastTrack BKK is not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by the airline, airport authority, immigration officials, or force majeure events. While our partner operators make every effort to ensure a smooth experience, immigration processing times may vary based on factors beyond our control.
We are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses, on unsupported networks, or in amounts that do not match the invoice.
The fast-track service at the airport is provided by independent third-party operators. FastTrack BKK verifies operator credentials but does not directly employ the personnel who assist you at the airport.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to affected customers. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
