Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled flight date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the flight, or after the flight date, are not eligible for a refund.

Refund transactions are typically processed within 3–5 business days of approval. Bank and card refunds may take additional time depending on your financial institution. Blockchain confirmation times vary by network.
If our partner operator is unable to deliver the fast-track service due to circumstances within our control (e.g. operator no-show), you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the cancellation window.
