FastTrack BKK利用規約:スワンナプーム(BKK)ファストトラック予約におけるお支払い、eバウチャー、旅行者の義務、責任の範囲。
FastTrack BKK ("we", "us", "our") provides a booking platform that connects travellers with licensed fast-track immigration service operators at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK), Bangkok, Thailand.
We act as an intermediary facilitating the booking and payment process. The on-the-ground service is delivered by our vetted local partner operators who hold the required airport access permits.
You can pay in euro (EUR) by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, or Google Pay), Alipay, an EU bank app (iDEAL, Bancontact, or BLIK), or PayPal. Card and Alipay include a processing fee shown at checkout; EU bank apps are charged at the list THB price. You can also pay by bank transfer in EUR, USD, GBP, or TRY at the list THB price, or by supported cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, or USDC on supported networks). Cryptocurrency checkout includes 5% off the list THB total. List prices are in Thai baht; card, Alipay, EU bank, and PayPal convert to euro at checkout using our rate.
By confirming a booking, you agree to follow the payment instructions shown at checkout — including the euro amount for card, Alipay, EU bank, or PayPal, the correct bank reference for transfers, and the exact token amount and network for crypto — within the specified time window.
Bookings are confirmed after we verify payment: card, Alipay, EU bank, and standard PayPal when successfully captured; urgent PayPal bookings when we confirm the booking and capture the service portion; bank transfers when cleared funds match your invoice reference; or cryptocurrency after the required number of blockchain confirmations. An electronic voucher will be issued to the email address you provide.
You must pay the full amount due using the payment method and checkout option shown for your selection (including any disclosed processing fees for card, Alipay, or wallet payments). Abuse of payment systems — including selecting a payment rail or method to circumvent disclosed fees, intentional underpayment, sending funds with incorrect references or on unsupported networks, initiating chargebacks or payment disputes without valid grounds, or other misuse of checkout — may result in booking cancellation, withholding of service, loss of refund eligibility, and recovery of outstanding amounts including administrative costs and chargeback fees. Refund consequences of payment-system abuse are set out in our Refund Policy.
When your flight is 24–48 hours before scheduled departure (our urgent booking window), you may choose priority / urgent processing. Flights under 24 hours cannot be booked online. Urgent bookings use a split payment model:
Before paying for an urgent booking, you must check the consent box acknowledging the Priority Request Processing Fee, the authorize–capture model, and the applicable policy version. Your confirmation email shows the line-item split.
For consumer bookings on arrival or combo services, we do not ask you to select passport nationality. Instead, we may infer a likely immigration category from technical signals available when you book — including your browser language/locale, device timezone, and approximate country derived from your IP address (for example via our CDN or hosting provider). These signals are indicative only; they are not proof of your actual passport or visa status.
If those signals suggest you may hold a passport category that typically uses Visa on Arrival (VOA) or similar paths at Bangkok airports (rather than classic visa-exempt fast-track lanes), we will show a service eligibility notice before you complete the booking. Some passport categories may not be eligible for classic arrival fast track as described on our marketing pages.
If you accept that notice and proceed, you agree that the booking is non-refundable (even if cancelled more than 48 hours before scheduled flight departure) and that service delivery is not guaranteed as originally described. You may still complete the booking after accepting; we do not hard-block checkout.
Agency and partner bookings may require explicit traveller nationality declared by the booking agent. You remain responsible for ensuring your travellers meet Thai immigration requirements.
You must upload the required travel and identification documents through the booking portal, and you must provide accurate booking details at checkout, including party size, flight information, selected add-ons, and luggage or baggage relevant to porter services or your selected BMK transfer vehicle class (Standard Sedan, SUV, or Van).
If the portal upload fails, we will notify you of an alternative channel (WhatsApp) and a deadline. Cancellation, refund eligibility, missing documents, inaccurate details, and payment-system abuse are governed by our Refund Policy.
FastTrack BKK is not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by the airline, airport authority, immigration officials, or force majeure events. While our partner operators make every effort to ensure a smooth experience, immigration processing times may vary based on factors beyond our control. If the operator cannot deliver the fast-track service due to circumstances within our control (for example an operator no-show), refunds of the service portion follow our Refund Policy.
We are not responsible for payments sent to incorrect bank accounts or with incorrect references, for funds sent to incorrect wallet addresses, on unsupported networks, or in amounts that do not match the invoice.
The fast-track service at the airport is provided by independent third-party operators. FastTrack BKK verifies operator credentials but does not directly employ the personnel who assist you at the airport.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to affected customers. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
