Add the VIP upgrade when you book FastTrack BKK to turn a standard meet-and-assist into a higher-touch arrival or departure. You get a name-sign meet, an airport buggy where the airport allows it, and a porter for up to three bags per person.
Pricing is +฿1,500 per person on top of the list rate for your service (arrival, departure, or combo) at BKK or DMK.

Buggy use depends on airport operations, construction, and security zones. When carts are not allowed in a section, your team still walks with you and carries what they can within policy.

BKK vs DMK
Both Suvarnabhumi and Don Mueang support the VIP add-on when you select it at checkout. Terminal layout differs:
- BKK has longer walks from some gates; buggy and porter time savings are often largest here
- DMK is more compact, but name-sign meets still help in crowded arrival banks

How to book the VIP upgrade
- Choose arrival, departure, or combo and pick BKK or DMK
- On the booking form, tick the VIP upgrade checkbox for each passenger who needs it
- Complete passenger photos and payment as usual

You can add VIP for some passengers only (for example one adult with mobility needs) while others stay on standard fast track in the same booking group, as long as passenger counts match what you enter.

- VOA travellers who need extra time at the visa desk before immigration (fast track meets after VOA steps, not instead of them)
VIP does not include lounge access, expedited security for departures unless airport policy allows, or hotel check-in.

If arrival fast track is ฿3,500 per person list price, VIP adds ฿1,500 per upgraded passenger (฿5,000 total before any crypto discount on the base service). Crypto payers still receive the 5% discount on eligible list pricing per site rules at checkout.
