# นโยบายการคืนเงิน

## 1. Cancellation Window

Cancellations made **more than 24 hours** before the scheduled flight date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the flight, or after the flight date, are **not eligible** for a refund.

## 2. Refund Process

Refunds are returned using the same payment method where practical:

1. Contact us with your confirmation code and, for cryptocurrency payments, the wallet address you would like the refund sent to.
2. We will verify the booking and confirm eligibility within 24 hours.
3. **Bank transfers** and **card payments** are refunded to the originating account or card where possible; **cryptocurrency** refunds are sent in the same token and on the same chain as the original payment.
4. Refund amounts for crypto payments are calculated at the original payment amount minus blockchain network fees required to process the return transaction.

Refund transactions are typically processed within **3–5 business days** of approval. Bank and card refunds may take additional time depending on your financial institution. Blockchain confirmation times vary by network.

## 3. Non-Refundable Situations

- Cancellations within 24 hours of the flight departure time
- No-shows at the airport
- Immigration denial or visa issues that prevent entry/exit
- Payments sent to incorrect bank accounts or with incorrect references, to wrong wallet addresses, on unsupported networks, or in incorrect amounts
- **Restricted eligibility bookings:** If you confirmed our VOA / service eligibility notice at checkout (including VOA-only passport categories on arrival or combo services), the booking is **non-refundable** even when cancelled more than 24 hours before the flight.

## 4. Partial Service

If our partner operator is unable to deliver the fast-track service due to circumstances within our control (e.g. operator no-show), you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the cancellation window.
